Total Athlete Project (Cheer Foundations)
Total Athlete Project is an athlete development program built to support the total and whole athlete with an emphasis on cheerleading skills and fundamentals.
We believe strong athletes are built from the ground up. Strength, stability, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, and mindset come before routines, choreography, or advanced skills. By prioritizing foundations first, athletes progress safer, move with confidence, and develop skills that support them long-term in their sport of choice.
This program is designed for youth athletes 7- 14, who want to understand their bodies, improve how they move, jump, land, and hold positions, and build the physical and mental foundations required for higher-level athletic demands in the years to come.
What The Program Offers:

Foundations – Beginner (Cheer emphasis - CFB1 & 2)
Introductory strength, coordination, basic jumps, body control, and movement fundamentals -
Foundations – Intermediate (Cheer emphasis)
Increased strength and control expectations, jump refinement, and encouraged ballet or movement training to support body awareness and alignment. -
Foundations – Advanced Intermediate (Cheer Emphasis)
Higher expectations for strength, control, consistency, and an acro expectation at this level. -
Advanced Foundations (Cheer Emphasis)
Advanced strength, stability, and control with the introduction of core fundamentals.
All athletes complete a skills assessment to ensure appropriate placement and safe progression.

Coach Bre
Bre brings almost 5 years of cheer coaching experience with a strong emphasis on building the total and whole athlete. Her coaching focuses on foundational strength, safety, and long-term development while helping athletes gain confidence and control in their movement.

Coach Catherine
Catherine brings a detail-oriented, technique-focused coaching style that supports strong foundations, clean movement, and consistency. She works closely with athletes to refine fundamentals that directly translate to safer, more effective cheerleading performance.
Together, Bre and Catherine are committed to creating a structured, supportive environment where cheer athletes can grow with confidence and purpose.
